Homecook

Steam fish in ginger and garlic oil.
Simple, healthy and fast cooking. (1) Clean up fresh fish. (2) Season with salt and pepper. (3) Stir fry ginger and garlic. (4) Pour ginger and garlic oil onto the fish. (5) Put the fish into hot steaming wok and steam for about 10 minutes. Tip: Check the fish eyes that turned white when cooked. (6) Serve hot.

MakChoi veggy with dried prawn
(1) Wash and cut makchoi veggy into thin stripes. (2) Chop garlic and dried prawns into small pieces. (3) Stir fry garlic and dried prawns. (4) Put the veggy into the wok and fry with'big' fire for 2 minutes. (5) Serve hot. (Tips: 'Big' fire and 2 minutes.)
